Dental marketing agency · For UK practices
We don't sell websites. We fill chairs.
A dental marketing agency for UK practices. Marketing and advertising built around one number that matters: new patient enquiries that turn up, sit down and say yes to treatment. Not clicks, not visitors, not how pretty the website is.

Before & after
The same practice, six months apart.
These before-and-after slots await verified client records and permission. A previous result would not guarantee the same outcome for another practice.

Longer write-ups: an implant campaign, getting found locally, reactivating a patient list, or all results.
What's changed
Your next patient may never see a Google result.
People may use AI assistants to research dental care. Answers vary by tool, prompt, location and time; there is no fixed three-practice limit or guaranteed recommendation.
Found when they search
The map pack, treatment pages and local rankings. Still where most dental enquiries come from, and still the foundation everything else sits on.
The answer, not a link
Featured snippets, People Also Ask, and the AI summary above Google's results. Pages shaped so your practice is the answer that gets lifted.
Named by the assistant
Review how AI assistants describe your practice and the sources they cite. A sampled answer is a snapshot; inclusion cannot be guaranteed.
Meet the agents doing the work → Every patient-facing output checked by a human first.
Services
Dental marketing and advertising services, in one place.
Take one thing or the lot. We work with UK dental practices, so nothing here needs explaining twice, with any exclusive territory agreed in writing.
Get found when someone searches "dentist near me"
Google Business Profile, treatment pages, local pages and reviews — so your practice shows up above the corporates in your town, not on page three.
Enquiries this week, not next quarter
Paid search for implants, Invisalign, whitening and emergency appointments. We track every call, so you know what a new patient actually costs you.
A website that books appointments
Designed around your treatments and prices, loads fast on a phone in a waiting room, and connects to your practice software.
Logo, signage, flyers, cards
A dental logo and identity that looks like a practice patients would pay privately for — plus everything on the front desk and through local letterboxes.
Posts and reels your team can be proud of
Before-and-afters that stay within GDC guidance, team content, and treatment explainers. Written by us, approved by you before anything goes out.
Campaigns for your highest-value treatments
Campaign page, ads, follow-up emails and a call script for reception — the whole path from click to consultation, not just the clicks.
Treatments
Every treatment markets differently.
Treatments differ in suitability, costs and decision time. Plan around your practice’s experience and available appointments instead of assigning every patient a fixed timeline.
Before you speak to anyone
Work it out for yourself first.
Everything below is free and needs no email address. If it tells you that you do not need an agency, that is a legitimate answer.
Independent practice guides
Marketing is one part of running a practice.
Explore independent guides to interior design, equipment, finance, software and other practice services. Ampli5 has no official associates or supplier partnerships. Use the guides to research providers and prepare your own questions.
Guides
What we would tell you if you rang.
Written for practice owners, not for search engines. Free to read, nothing gated, and several of them will talk you out of spending money.
Why practices call us
What a dental marketing agency is actually for.
Most practice owners do not want marketing. They want a fuller diary, more of the treatments they trained to do, and to stop paying for a website nobody enquires through.
So that is what we sell. Dental advertising that produces enquiries, and the unglamorous work either side of it that turns those enquiries into booked, attended, accepted treatment. If a practice already has enough patients and cannot see any more, we say so rather than taking the money.
The reasons practices ring
- The diary has gaps and nobody knows why
- Plenty of check-ups, almost no implant or aligner cases
- Money going out on advertising with nothing to show for it
- Enquiries arriving and quietly going nowhere
- A corporate opened down the road
- Opening a second site, or a squat practice from scratch
Why we cost less
Clear delivery arrangements. Clear responsibilities.
Before commissioning work, confirm the contracting entity, delivery team, invoicing currency and access arrangements. These business details need verification; geography alone does not establish quality or value.
Offshore delivery is common across this industry. Ask any agency where the work is actually carried out, and whether you are paying a London rate for it. We would rather tell you up front than have you wonder what the catch is.
- Confirm the invoicing entity and currency
- Confirm applicable data-processing and transfer safeguards
- Confirm the team and any subcontractors
- Advertising spend billed to you directly by Google and Meta
- Website maintenance included, so there is no second bill
What it costs
Plans from £400 a month. The audit is free.
No packages from, no discovery call before you are allowed to know what something costs. Every price we charge is written down on one page, along with what is included and what is not.
Monthly work is rolling with thirty days' notice, so there is nothing to be tied into. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta, never through us, so you can see exactly where it went.
- No twelve month tie-ins. Thirty days' notice, always.
- Advertising spend paid straight to the platform, not through us.
- You own every account, every file and every login.
- Any territorial exclusivity must be agreed in writing.
- If we do not think something will work for you, we will say so.
Fits your practice
We work around the software you already use.
Your website booking form, call tracking and reporting connect to the systems on your front desk. Nobody has to change how the practice runs.
Software names are the trade marks of their respective owners. Listing a supplier does not establish a completed integration, partnership or endorsement.
Guides to the systems we see most often: Dentally, Boxly, CareStack, Agilio, CallRail and the rest. We never ask a practice to change software for marketing reasons.
How it works
An agreed plan from first call to launch.
The call
Thirty minutes. We ask what treatments you want more of and what a new patient is worth to you. You get a plan and a price, in writing.
Set-up
Tracking, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and campaign pages. We ask your team for photos and prices once, then leave them alone.
Live
Campaigns switch on. Every call and form is recorded against the ad or page that produced it.
The report you'll read
One page: enquiries, booked appointments, cost per new patient, treatment value. Plus a fifteen-minute call if you want it.

Straight answers
The questions practice owners actually ask.
Do you work with practices that compete with each other?
Any exclusive territory, postcode coverage and exceptions must be set out in the written agreement. Do not assume exclusivity from a service-area page.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. Monthly work is rolling with 30 days' notice. Websites are paid 50% up front and 50% on launch. You own the site, the domain, the ad account and all the data — always.
How long before I see new patients?
Timing depends on setup, budget, local demand and practice capacity. Agree a launch and review plan; neither paid enquiries nor organic rankings can be promised within a fixed period.
Will my advertising stay within GDC and ASA rules?
Yes. We write to the GDC's guidance on advertising and the CAP Code — how before-and-after photos are used, how "specialist" is claimed, how prices and finance are shown. Every claim gets checked before it goes out.
We're mostly NHS. Is this worth it?
Only if you want to grow the private side — hygiene, whitening, aligners, implants. If your list is full and you're not converting to private treatment, be honest with us on the call and we'll say so.
What does a new patient cost?
It depends on the treatment, location, campaign and conversion process. Use dated evidence and your own outcomes; unverified client averages should not be used as a budget promise.
Next step
Thirty minutes, and you'll know if we can help.
No slides, no audit trap. Tell us the treatments you want to fill and the town you're in, and we'll tell you what it would take — even if that means telling you to spend nothing.
Catchment terms agreed in writing. We currently work in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds, plus practices across the UK.
