Accessibility.
This statement explains how accessible this website is, what we are doing about the parts that are not, and how to tell us if something does not work for you.
Draft statement: a complete manual accessibility assessment has not been established. The items below describe aims and checks still requiring confirmation.
Our commitment
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at level AA. That means you should be able to navigate the site using a keyboard alone, use it with a screen reader, resize text up to 200 per cent without content breaking, and read text against backgrounds with sufficient contrast.
Features and checks to verify
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the structure
- Text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Colour contrast requires a documented accessibility check
- Forms with labels associated to their fields
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at high zoom
- No content that flashes or auto plays with sound
