Careers
We tell clients not to spend money. That takes a certain sort of person.
Ampli5 Dental works only with UK dental practices, one per catchment. That focus means the work goes deep rather than wide, and it means everyone here has to actually understand dentistry rather than treating it as another vertical.
How we work
What this place is actually like.
We publish our prices, we publish the mistakes we see practices make, and we tell clients when a campaign is not worth running. That only works if the people here are comfortable saying inconvenient things politely.
The work is measured on accepted treatment value rather than times your advert was shown or clicks, which means you find out whether what you did worked. Some people find that uncomfortable. The right people find it the reason to be here.
What we offer
- Real ownership. You will run accounts, not sit three layers from a client.
- Specialism. One sector, learned properly. That is a career asset.
- Flexibility. Remote or Manchester, and we mean it rather than saying it.
- Development budget. Courses, conferences and time to use them.
- No time sheets. We measure output, not hours logged.
- Honesty both ways. If something is not working we will say so early, and we expect the same.

What we are looking for.

Dental copywriter
Writing treatment pages, guides and campaigns for UK practices. You need to be able to explain a clinical subject to a nervous patient without either patronising them or losing them.
Paid media specialist
Running Google and Meta campaigns for dental practices. Judged on accepted treatment value, not on click through rate.
Account manager
The person a practice owner actually speaks to. Requires the confidence to tell a client not to spend money.
Photographer and videographer
Practice content days: team portraits, treatment footage, before and after photography to a consistent standard.
Web developer
WordPress builds for dental practices. Speed, accessibility and forms that actually connect to something.
Speculative applications
If you are good and you care about doing this properly, write to us anyway. We would rather meet people before we have a vacancy.
How to apply
No forms with fourteen fields.
Email hello@ampli5dental.co.uk with the role in the subject line, something you have made that you are proud of, and a paragraph on why dentistry rather than any other sector. We read everything and we reply to everyone, including the people we are not taking forward.
Not for you?
Know someone who would fit?
Pass it on. The best people we have hired came from a recommendation rather than a job board.
