Free · no obligation · yours to keep
Find out where you stand before you spend anything.
We'll check your rankings, what the AI assistants say about you, your website, and what your ads are costing per patient. You get a written report and a twenty-minute call to go through it — whether or not you ever work with us.
What's in it
Six checks, written up in plain English.
Not an automated PDF from a tool. A person looks at your practice against the practices you compete with, and writes down what they find.
Where you rank
Your positions for the treatments you care about, your map pack presence, and exactly which practices sit above you in your own town.
What AI says about you
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity to recommend a dentist in your area, and send you what they actually said. Most practices have never seen this.
Your website
Load speed on a phone, whether prices and finance are findable, how many taps to book, and the specific things costing you enquiries.
Your ad accounts
If you're running Google or Meta ads, read-only access and we'll show you what's wasted, what's working, and what a patient is really costing.
Demand in your area
How many people search each month for the treatments you want to fill, and what that realistically caps your growth at.
Your enquiry handling
We'll enquire as a patient would, and tell you how long it took to hear back and what was said. This is the one that surprises people.
Check 06 means someone from our team submits a genuine enquiry to your practice. We'll always tell you we did it, and we never waste an appointment slot.
While you wait, the enquiry handling guide covers the cheapest thing most practices can fix, and our prices are published in full.
The obvious question
Why would we do this for nothing?
Because the alternative is a sales call where we tell you we're good and you have no way of knowing. The audit does the arguing for us — and if it turns out you don't need us, that's a real answer too and it costs you nothing to find out.
Roughly Details awaiting verification. practices we audit are told their biggest problem isn't advertising. It's response time, an untouched patient list, or a website that can't be fixed with more traffic. We say so, and we don't charge for saying it.
There is no obligation. No follow-up sequence, no chasing, no "just circling back". One call, and then it's your move.
You keep the report. Including the specific fixes. Some practices act on it themselves, and a few have handed it to their existing agency. We're fine with both.
Read-only access only. We never need the ability to change anything to do the audit.
Request it
Two fields are enough to start.
Your website and a way to reach you. Everything else just makes the report more useful.
You send the form
Takes about a minute. We'll confirm we've got it the same working day.
We do the work
Rankings, AI assistants, website, ads, demand and the enquiry test. Written up as a document, not a dashboard.
Report lands
In your inbox, yours to keep. Read it before you decide whether a call is worth your time.
Thirty minutes
Optional. We go through it, answer questions, and tell you what we'd do first. No pitch deck.
Straight answers
Questions about the audit.
What access do you need?
None to start — the ranking, AI and website checks need nothing from you. For the ad account review we'd ask for read-only access, which you can revoke the moment we've finished.
Are you going to keep ringing me?
No. You'll get the report and an offer of one call. If you don't want the call, that's the end of it.
We're tied into a contract with another agency.
Then the audit is still worth having — plenty of practices use it to have a better-informed conversation with their current agency. Get your account access back before you give notice, whoever you end up with.
Is it really free, or is there an upsell?
Genuinely free. Our prices are published on the pricing page, so there's nothing to reveal on a call that you can't already read.
Prefer to just talk?
Ring us instead.
Some people would rather have the conversation than fill in a form. That's fine — the number is below and we'll do the audit afterwards if it's useful.
