The brief

Fill every slot at an implant open day, in under a month, from a standing start.

The constraint

The clinic needed genuine implant consultation enquiries, quickly. They specifically wanted to avoid sending people to a website, because every extra step loses people on a phone. With a few weeks until the event, campaign build and lead generation had to happen at once.

Lead forms, not landing pages

We used Facebook lead forms so enquiring took a few taps without ever leaving the app. Creative was deliberately mixed: carousel, static and short video, each carrying the same message of a free consultation, limited slots and expert-led care. Scarcity messaging was used because it was true, there genuinely were a fixed number of slots.

Speed of follow up did the rest

Enquiries arrived with the clinic in real time, ready for same day contact. The team stayed on them and converted interest into bookings without delay. That part was theirs, not ours, and it is the reason the numbers held up.

What to take from it

Event marketing is the one place in dentistry where genuine urgency exists, and it should be used. A real deadline with a real number of slots outperforms any amount of clever creative. The other lesson is about friction: removing the website step entirely is what made a 25 day turnaround possible.

On these figures. Every number on this page comes from the client's own advertising accounts, analytics and Google Business Profile. Screenshots are available on request or on a screen-share. Results depend on the practice, the treatment, the area and the competition, and nothing here is a promise that yours will look the same.
